In order that the flexibility of our development process leads on the shortest path to an optimal result, short agreement will take place during a weekly steering committee meeting between the decision makers of a project.
Prior to the steering committee meeting a short reporting from our side will take place to inform you about the main project parameter and the project status.
Meetings
The organisational overhead for meetings is restricted to the essential degree. We emphasize on short, frequently hold meetings in form of telefone or video conferences.
